Come and enjoy the festival that rocks Valencia with the best of Spanish cocktail making.

Get ready, because this summer in Valencia you won’t be toasting with just anything.

The Vuelve Carolina restaurant, run by chef Quique Dacosta, is launching ESTIVAL, a cocktail festival that will get the shakers swinging at a lively pace with four sessions.

What can you expect from ESTIVAL? Liquid creations bordering on art made by country’s best bartenders.

Admission is free until full capacity, but if you want to complete the experience, you can book dinner here.

ESTIVAL FEST Calendar

Diego Godia, the house bartender and host, will be welcoming special guests every day from 7 pm to 11 pm. Check it out!

12 June

The Liquid Experience team, with Javier Caballero at the helm, will delight your palate with a host of cocktail shaker creations along with a masterclass for professionals.

17 July

Paula Ozalla, from Medium, brings another equally interesting experience with Madrid’s most supernatural and esoteric cocktails.

14 August

And to wrap things up, you can enjoy Adriana Chia, a real mixology star.

Order cocktails that you won’t see anywhere else and accompany them with Vuelve Carolina’s travelling and funky gastronomic proposal.
