From 26 to 28 October 2025, Halls 1 and 3 of Feria Valencia will be filled with flavour, talent and future at the Mediterranean’s great event for lovers of good food.

After the hiatus forced in 2024 by the DANA storm, tickets are now on sale for the tenth edition, which is raring to go.

The fair will focus on what is to come: new projects, young talents and a clear look towards a closer and more sustainable gastronomy.

Chocolate Also Finds Its Place at Gastrónoma

València transforms into the chocolate capital during these days with the Championship for the Best Artisan Chocolatier of Spain (MMACE). Six chocolate maestros will compete live, showcasing bonbons, sculptures up to one meter tall, and other incredible creations, all vying for the title of the country's best chocolatier.

It will be a true spectacle combining technique, creativity, and tons of flavor. Are you ready to be amazed by what can be done with just chocolate?

The participants are renowned names in the field: Mario Padial, Andrés Mármol, Luis Paracuellos, Isabel Felez, Albert Daví, and José Alba.
