How it works

When booking, please specify the day and time slot you would like to visit the museum.

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Entrance: Guillem de Castro, 13. 46007, Valencia.

Languages displayed in the museum: Spanish, Valencian, English, Italian, French and Portuguese.

There is no time limit, although it is estimated that it takes between 60 and 90’ to visit.

The museum is accessible for people with reduced mobility, except for some experiences (such as the Vortex Tunnel) or rooms with sloping floors.

You will receive the tickets by email, so you can download the eTickets to your mobile phone.

Children under 4 years old enter free of charge and those aged 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets can't be cancelled or refunded, but you can request a change of date by writing to customer service at vlcshop@visitvalencia.com. You must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

VLC Tourist Card discount
Discount with the Valencia Tourist Card: 10%
The 10% discount is individual and non-transferable, like the Valencia Tourist Card.
If you are booking the activity for more than one person and want the discount, you will need as many VTCs as people doing the activity.
When buying, you will see the final price with the discount detailed in the shopping cart.
